"The cottage is exactly as described, very comfortable and well-equipped. The welcome basket of "goodies" was a nice touch. The location is really spectacular - right on the cliff top overlooking the sea, remote but still within walking distance of the village. I was a little concerned about the drive along the muddy track to the cottage, but even I managed it in our little Hyundai i30!"

Everything we needed had already been thought about, tea, coffee, tea towels etc. There was only one very minor problem for us (not the fault of the cottage) and that was our puppy was unable to climb the outdoor steps up to the terrace. Otherwise it was perfect for our short stay."

"Newhaven is a spacious house with a lovely garden in a brilliant location in Porthleven. There is lots of room downstairs with a kitchen, separate dining room and living room. "Very pleasant stay. We arrived very late in the evening but our key was available form the bar. Very easy. Good sized room - quiet and not overlooked. Didn't have time to go to the gym or pool but looked good. Excellent breakfast with enough choice to suit most tastes. Minor issue that the carpark isaway from the main building so suggest drive to front door to deposit cases etc and then go and park car in car park (lots of space). Grounds seemed well maintained too."
