"Very much a top luxury Hotel with priced accordingly. Staff and service excellent. Spa great for relaxing with Bar service and stunning views. Rooms luxurious and views either side of the Hotel stunning. The Hotel set on the beautiful Strba Tarn against a backdrop of stunning mountains. Great walks / hiking trails very worthwhile but note they are long and quite hard to hike (proper footwear essential). Highly recommended Hotel. Thank you for our stay."

Staff helpful and cooperative- not super welcoming-except for the super nice spa manager! Nice little spa to relax in. Room was not super clean. More amnities in the bathroom and a coffee machine would have made the stay perfect. "

"It’s a very cosy place. I arrived earlier and the receptionist allowed me to check in to my room promptly. After check out, another member of the staff also found me a room where I could work for two hours. They also helped me find the right transportation, even the only one that didn’t speak English used Google translator to help me. The reception staff is the best. Noise from ongoing building works next door unfortunately kept us awake early in the morning. Would happily stay again otherwise as no other complaint. "
