"The room facilities are very old, toilet seems to be not regularly cleaned as I could see some spider network... no hot water. The A.C sounded super loud when I turned it on. I have asked the receptionist if he could fix the situation or changed me another room. But he said it was all like this, and his English is very limited so I’m not sure whether he got it or not."
