Room sizes, furnishing and rates vary, from standard to superior. Some rooms, in the oldest part of the Hotel from the 1880s, have their own window bays or Juliet balconies overlooking the heart of the city. All rooms are bright, furnished in a Scandinavian style with cozy beds for an excellent hotel experience right in the heart of Stockholm. The Hotel has a four star rating, Svanen environmental certification, is fully non-smoking and just some 400 m from the Stockholm Central/Arlanda Express terminal.

The Hotel's own Oasen restaurant is a very popular lunch venue, serving traditional Swedish food on weekdays. Whether you arrive early or late, you can get something to eat at Café Oasen in the Hotel lobby. Hötorgshallen market hall, with an inviting array of food, is also opposite the Hotel. And Kungshallen food court, with 15 restaurants and 800 covers under one roof, is on the other side of the square. Great dining experiences await you at the array of small restaurants surrounding the Hotel and on Kungsgatan shopping street. Many of them are really popular, so we recommend you book a table a few days in advance. Don't hesitate to contact Hotel reception before or during your stay—they’ll be happy to suggest their favorite restaurants and will help you book a table.
The Hotel does not have a license to serve alcohol, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by, and there is a Systembolaget wines and spirits retail store in Hötorgshallen, opposite the Hotel.

“relaxing stay”
the room was small but very clean - just what I needed for my short stay in Stockholm. I loved the variety of food and drinks for breakfast.
“Excellent location and great breakfast included”
The single rooms are quite small but not too small. Room was warm (good when it's -12 out) and clean. The breakfast is fantastic - cold meats, cheeses, three kinds of eggs, fried potato, sausage, bacon, toast, breads, rolls, pastries, Swedish deli food, cereals, teas, coffee and juices. Also a selection of fruit and they don't mind if you take a couple of pieces away with you. The hotel is one street over from the main shopping street and a block from one of the biggest department stores and the main mall. It's a block from T-Centralen metro station where all the metro lines converge and about 5-10min walk away from Central Station (where Arlanda Express train arrives). It is about a 15 minute walk to the old town (for Palace and Cathedral) and about half an hour walk to Djurgården (for most of the main museums). The bus to Djurgården stops a block away. Being central meant could come back to thaw out for a while before heading out again. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel easy to get to - walkable from station for Arlanda express (train from airport). Rooms on small side but comfortable. Good bathrooms. Evening menu in hotel cafe limited but staff good. Breakfast an unexpected high point - wonderful buffet meeting all needs.

Overall good value for money, quality buffet breakfast with an extensive variety of options. Well situated to explore central shopping areas and walk into the old town.

Well-priced hotel that was extremely clean and well located in central stockholm. The bed was small but was absolutely no problem for my needs...
“Great location for exploring stockholm”
Probably the best location for shopping and short walk to the old town. Hotel rooms aren't massive but are comfortable. The lack of a bar wasn't really noticed as you are in the city centre anyway
“A good hotel I'm happy to recommend”
Good location. Nicely decorated room. Comfortable bed. Great selection for breakfast in a two-level dining room under glass roof. Best air conditioning I've seen. Good customer service all round. Recommended.
“Great Location”
Nice Hotel in great location. Recommend getting outside room to avoid noise of breakfast courtyard situated in the centre of the building. The only downside to this hotel was the fact that it does not have a bar.
