"Filthy and disgusting. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Smells like damp mouldy cheese that we later found out to be the drip tray behind the fridge. It was liquid and mouldy. The toilet seat was loose and wouldn't tighten. The skirting boards were dirty and dusty. We found a mouldy sponge under the kitchen cupboard. No toilet roll. No hand wash. Mouldy bathroom. "We had a very comfortable stay. The bed was very restful and the water pressure for the shower was perfect. The rooms have a traditional vibe but having stayed in rooms with fancy marble bathrooms which leaked all over the place, or alternately froze or scalded you, this bathroom was a dream. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is generous and tasty. Would definitely stay again. "

"Perfect in every way, we really can’t fault the property at all. Beautiful high quality decor, fixtures and fittings. Wonderfully comfortable and homely. Really well equipped with everything needed. The thoughtful welcome hamper complete with home cooked cake and other lovely goodies was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this beautiful home for a peaceful and tranquil break.
