"The staff make this a 5* hotel. It's a little awkward to get in and out of. Left out of the main entrance leads you to the busses and across the plaza and down through the shopping centre is also a good way to avoid steep roads. Avoid rooms ending 01. I was in 101 and paid extra for a balcony only to find a temporary tower directly to my left, a building site to my right and an office meeting room a stones throw away looking directly into my bedroom. The privacy mesh doesn't do a complete job....

"We only had one issue with the air conditioning in the room, which Francoise dealt with by finding us another room (thanks again) and was followed up with a courtesy call from Guest services. There is a lot of building work going on in the area so the picture of the pool on the 10th floor doesn't show the buildings now overlooking it. Wonderful views from the rooftop pool open later than many hotel pools. Liked having a kitchenette and dine in/out options.
