"This is a beautifully restored old building with lots of history. It feels pretty grand inside, but is not stuffy ;-) lovely and quiet even though next to the road, and with ample parking around. A less than 5 minute drive to the ferry, which is so convenient."

"We thought the country club was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed and more. The facilities at the club are great - we loved the pool and slide, the crazy golf course was immaculate and lots of fun, we also played squash and used the spa. We were able to leave our kids (11& 13) on the waterslide and pop in there for a sauna, steam and jacuzzi- we thought it was excellent. The breakfast buffet was particularly loved by our 2 boys and we had a nice evening meal in The Brasserie. Overall we had an excellent stay and we would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We will be back! Thank you"
