"We were looking for a quiet place to sleep within reasonable walking distance of Siena where we could prepare our own meals for a few days in between other adventures. The apartment was perfect, the staff were helpful and we were an easy stroll to a Coop where we could get our own food. The walk to town is about 15 minutes but pleasant and easy when you use the escalator from the train station. "This property is in a relatively good location in Siena and has many positives. However, the use of perfumed cleaners in our room was a real issue as we had an allergic reaction. On request, the cleaning staff quit using the fragrance products. Thank you. Also, this hotel does not have an elevator. This was not an issue for us, but could be a real problem. The breakfasts were not really great. "

"Good location. Daytime desk person, Tony, was very helpful. We had a nice view of the city. On the downside, we had no WIFI in our room for three days before it was fixed. Some of the carpeting could use a good cleaning or replacement."
