"Friendly, helpful staff and a very central location. The rooms were very clean, the bed comfortable and enough crockery etc provided to make a simple meal. The dishwasher was a nice touch. Despite being so central the windows kept out much of the noise from the street below and there was not a sound from other rooms."

"Large rooms, nice bathrooms, walkable to nearby pub, groceries, park. Tea & coffee, sugar, adequate dishes. Mattress was not as comfortable as most. Would have been nice to have salt and pepper!"

"We were visiting family and have to make the trip several times a month. Perfect location only 10 min walk to area we needed. Can’t use it all the time due to cost and the amount of days a month we need."

"Stayed in apartment 9, 3 single beds but were tight together , apartment was fine although didn’t use any amenities as was staying for the football. Location is great, allowed to drop bags of early which was appreciated."

"Great location as its central to most things, had an apartment and depending on where bedroom was it was either quiet or noisy but being central to liverpool city centre you expect this. Very clean and tidy apartment that was easy to access for 9 of us. Stayed for two nights and enough towels and toilet rolls.... just.... to keep going. Well stocked clean kitchen with utensils and cooking items with fridge, microwave and iron etc. Toiletries you must bring yourself. Anyway an odd stain on the...

"It would be good if the windows were properly soundproofed or double glazed. The sound from outside could be heard all through the night was quite disturbing. A fellow resident also set off the fire alarm at 6:30am and didnt stay to rectify it. All residents were left on the stairs phoning the emergency property number. Again, quite disturbing to our stay."

"Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool. "

"definitely one of the better apartment options amongst a sea of indifference and beaucoup chateau du merde. quite well equipped and furnished. decent bedding and towels. good wifi. Quiet but close to L1 "

"This place is a mess, no one should book, its attached to three major night clubs, play loud music all night, guys are bringing girls to hotel, in the middle of night loud bang on doors by drunk people with girls. no family should book this place..I left and requested for refund whivh they refused. "
