"I highly recommend this house. It was super clean and in a very quiet area. The views are spectacular. Biagio met us and explained everything to us. So friendly and helpful. He responded to all my texts quickly and gave us so many helpful suggestions. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather for out stay. "I'm so glad we chose this beautiful house to stay in Puglia. Our hosts were amazing, Anna and Alfio. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the place was really clean. The private garden is huge and the view of the Adriatic Sea is stunning. San Marco Di Leuca was a special little town and we loved the boat trip and the restaurants there. It is a long drive to anywhere else in Puglia, just to let you know."

"The house is even better in real life than on the pictures. The renovation has been amazing, all the bedrooms have their en-suite bathrooms, the kitchen is huge and fully equiped. We had an amazing stay! All the beaches are within 20-45 minutes. There are a handful of nice restaurants in Ruffano itself. The supermarket is 5 min away. Everything you need to spend great holidays"

"I booked this villa for my family. It worked really well as there are two self contained flats behind the pool which was perfect for each couple with young children. One on the ground floor, one on the first floor, each with its own bathroom. There are two main bedrooms and the mezzanine in the main house. "Amazing space with large, spacious rooms, modern bathrooms and great A/C everywhere. Very nice garden with ripe fruit trees and lovely swimming pool. Property near great beaches. Very friendly, helpful and generous hosts. One potential downside of the property is that it is on a busy road. The property could also benefit from an outdoor seating area and the kitchen from a couple more appliances (e.g. a kettle, a toaster...)"
