"The minute we entered the hotel we were met with a big smile by Jorge (Jordi) who was most kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was lovely. There was a large sitting area stocked with cakes, munchies, wine coffee, water where we could gather. Especially lovely on a rainy day. A fabulous stay in a home away from home!"

"We enjoyed our stay at H LA Poloma Location is very good walking distance to old town, roughly 20mins. Room was cleaned every day. We were very happy with the bed, big bed nice and comfortable, good sleep. Could be improved with kettle and small fridge, we brought kettle with us, for coffee in the morning. Shower and bath good size very good No view or balcony, but not spending a lot of time in room. Staff was very helpful with answering all our questions expecially JB and Karla "

"The elevator was broken on our last night, so we have to carry our luggages from 4th floor down in the morning when we checked out. It was painful😰"

"The staff were very friendly from start to finish. The room was basic but great and very clean as was the toilet and shower. Stayed with my Son for a 3 night stay. Right in the centre at Liceu, close to everything. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend it."

"여기서 3박4일 지냈어요! 가격대비 괜찮은 곳이에요. 나름 캠핑 온듯한 기분도 들고 무엇보다 공항이랑 가까워서 좋았어요. 시내로 가는 버스도 잘 되있어서 가는데 불편함도 거의 못느꼈어요. 다만 시간이 좀 부족하신 분이라면 비추에요. 멀어서 시내가려면 기본 1시간은 잡고 가야하거든요. 숙소 화장실은 공용인데 나름 매일 청소도 하고 해서 깨끗하게 유지되고 샤워하는데 살짝 불편함이 있는데 그래도 그런거 신경 안쓰이시는분은 여기로 하고 신경이 쓰이면 개인 화장실 있는데로 가시는게 좋을거 같아요. "

"I booked for the sake of having a laundry service. It was the main reason I booked. I prefer the location near gothic quarter with more restaurants and shops. The maid never came to clean our place on the third day."
