"You can't beat the location of Sandbanks hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. I would not go into the swimming pool again as I found it very difficult to get in and out via the awful metal steps. As most of the guests were elderly I doubt if any of them would use the pool. The Haven pool is much safer with wide steps."

5/5 Excellent
Perfect location
"Really lovely hotel. Maybe a little tired but very clean and in a perfect location for walking to the beach and SW coast path. Staff very welcoming. We took our dog and he was welcomed with a separate eating area next to the restaurant so he could stay with us for dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was an excellent buffet with plenty of choice. Bar and outside sitting areas with lovely views to the sea and all dog friendly. Highly recommend. "

"Our stay was wonderful. Warm welcoming staff, where nothing was too much trouble. Our room was amazing, with a balcony to relax and enjoy a cup of tea.
I would like to mention, a waitress with a pony tail, she was very efficient, seemed to know her job very well, and was a people person. Thank you to all the amazing staff, who, did not know this but made our Ruby wedding anniversary, and wonderful experience, and nice memories. "

"This hotel is brilliant! Probably the best value in Bournemouth, with an indoor pool and ample parking ( unlike many in the area!)
A very comfortable stay with excellent breakfasts.
The staff are all so friendly and helpful, especially Carol at reception and the 2 Polish ladies at breakfast.
We were even impressed by the swimming teachers in the pool. I’ll bring my grand-daughter next time!"
