"Our stay was wonderful. Warm welcoming staff, where nothing was too much trouble. Our room was amazing, with a balcony to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. I would like to mention, a waitress with a pony tail, she was very efficient, seemed to know her job very well, and was a people person. Thank you to all the amazing staff, who, did not know this but made our Ruby wedding anniversary, and wonderful experience, and nice memories. "

"This hotel is brilliant! Probably the best value in Bournemouth, with an indoor pool and ample parking ( unlike many in the area!) A very comfortable stay with excellent breakfasts. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, especially Carol at reception and the 2 Polish ladies at breakfast. We were even impressed by the swimming teachers in the pool. I’ll bring my grand-daughter next time!"

"We had a long twin room. There were very comfortable beds, with clean sheets. Everything was amazing. Only one thing - some people were walking in corridor the whole night. My friend heard them. I use ear plugs, so it was ok for me."
