It's a beautiful bed & breakfast ("urban hacienda") situated 5 minutes from the central square in San Miguel de Allende. It's minutes from all of the major central town locations. "Upon seeing the parking arrangements and the room it was apparent it was not suitable for my needs. I went back to reception but no one was there. I waited until someone came back then approached the receptionist about getting my cash back. (Less than 30 minutes) she said it was not possible. I reached out to the owner and was told via WhatsApp that it was a last minute reservation. She didn’t know I have dogs ( stated in my reservation) and refused any compensation.
