My stay was brief (two nights). Positives: Motel was freeway close yet pretty quiet, small parking lot but grounds were well-lit and maintained; friendly & helpful front desk clerk got us checked in quickly; room was good size with a very comfortable king size bed; 5 to 15 minute walking distance to ocean, shops, & dining; relaxing atmosphere. Nitpicks: The bathtub didn't have a stopper; cable TV reception was distorted at times and it was also challenging to do a channel search; no complimentary breakfast, our window wasn't ocean-facing. Nevertheless, I would definitely have no issues with staying there again.

The female clerk when we checked in was inconsiderate with our needs. I wanted a quiet second story room and she didn't offer any options. I had called twice earlier in the day for a second story room and no one answered the phone.
