“Best Western”

The room was quite and, although quite small, comfortable. The internet worked well. The folks at the desk were pleasant.

“Planes, Trains and Toliets”

Nice clean hotel with free transport to airport. Only problem is the noise. I was in the 500 wing. Stay away from that and the back part in particular. You hear trains and planes all night long and when someone uses the toilet in the adjacent room and they flush, it sounds like they are testing an aircraft engine. Very noisy and discouraging. I did not fall asleep because of the noise and checked out at 5 am the next day. The staff are courteous but quiet is what I look for.

“great Asian dinner options. Near SFO”

Booked two queens and a roll a way. When checking in they had us down for one queen and told us they do not provide roll a ways. After we showed our confirmation listing our request they booked us into a two queen suite with sleeper sofa at same quoted price. Airport service make two additional hotels stops wait at airport can be over 30 minutes.

“Decent hotel and great restaurant on site”

After much searching I came across this hotel. Have never been to California before so was not sure how close this hotel would be to SF. Found it to be a great location - easy drive to anything we wanted to do. Rooms were in the process of being updated, bed was very comfortable and restaurant and bar on site was great! Very friendly staff, easy parking in front of room. Would go back!

Area recommendations

Land's End has breath taking views. Pacific Coast highway was awesome. Biking over the Golden Gate Bridge (get bikes from Sports Basement right there at Crissy Field - very reasonable and very knowledgeable staff).

“Can't wait to go back”

The room is quite clean and the beds are very comfortable. If we are in the area again, we will definitely go back to this hotel.

“train tracks too close”

If you stay here, ask for a room near the front....we were in building 700 which is just across from train tracks
