Vagabond is a budget motel/hotel that has exceptional front desk and housekeeping staff. Given its proximity to SFO, San Francisco, the peninsula and silicon Valley, its a tremendous value. You will not find a balcony room just steps from the bay for this price, if one even exist. Now, if you get a Bayside room, you must be a lover of the roar of airplane engines on takeoff. If you aren't, don't book a bayside room. The rooms are dated, but serviced everyday. I would definitely book again and to management, please invest in updated furnishings and brighten the rooms.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly and pleasant. The temp of the room was difficult to control which made sleeping tough. The hotel is a bit older and definitely has some "character", but all we needed was a place to sleep and clean-up so it worked for us. The free airport shuttle was appreciated. We left SUPER early in the morning so if breakfast was available, I'm not able to comment on it.

Our stay at Vagabond Inn was easy and restful. We had just enough space for the two of us, the room was comfy and well-equipped. We LOVED the bay view out our window with a patio - especially for viewing the sunrise. Thanks for a great stay!
