"The property is in a great location to enjoy all of 30A. The communication from the management company was very good and the check in and access was excellent. The condo was decorated in lovely neutrals and provided for all of my basic needs. I couldn’t get the room to cool down but ai also didn’t contact the manager due to my time restrictions. The building itself is a little dated and could use a touch-up. Overall, this property met my needs for my short stay."

The location is AMAZING (within walking distance to everything you could need). The place was very clean and having a washer & dryer for our stay was useful. "I brought my daughter and her friend to Rosemary for a few days for fall break. It was just the 3 of us and this carriage house was perfect! It is a true 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom. The upstairs loft is a completely walled bedroom, not a loft as many carriages houses are. All the things we needed were provided. We will come back for a stay in the future!"
