"Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was with accessing the wifi for the first time. The steps are confusing and have you change the password (which makes it seem like you're changing the HOTEL'S wifi password, which is NOT what one thinks one should do). Maybe a handout with step-by-step instructions would help. (Telling you, for example, that once you get to this *screenshot* screen, you will create your own password.) Anyway, great service - LOVED the breakfast and the breakfast hours. We will be recommending you to everyone! And hopefully returning, ourselves. Thank you! "
