Wonderful Hotel

Posted 05-Dec-2014
Pros: The staff was wonderful.
Location: The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to wonderful restaurants and grocery stores.
Our stay at the Duke Hotel was wonderful! Everything from the staff to the rooms to the food....fabulous! The shuttle was convenient and the drivers were friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a store next door with everything you need. Would love to come back soon.

Rome in November

Posted 12-Nov-2014
Pros: We loved the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast, and the shuttle!
Cons: A more comfortable mattress.
Location: Quiet neighborhood, Restaurants nearby, Small store at the end of the street for water and snacks!
We really enjoyed staying at the Duke Hotel while in Rome. The staff was friendly from the moment we walked into the door, and were really helpful with showing us how to travel through the city on public transportation. The shuttle service is excellent! The bed was slightly hard, and the room was a little warm but all in all we enjoyed our stay there. The complimentary breakfast was great with the fresh juices! They even had bacon and eggs! We would definitely stay here again! The warm room is normal for Italy by the way! So it didn't come as any surprise! Oh, and it was in an excellent and QUIET area of Rome. We felt very safe, and the restaurants down the street that were recommended by the man at the desk were delicious! And in walking distance!

Posted 05-Nov-2014 on Hotels.com

Posted 03-Nov-2014 on Hotels.com

4 great days in rome

Posted 23-Oct-2014 on Hotels.com
Great hotel with great staff plus the convenience of a half hourly free hotel run shuttle bus to the centre (right by the Flaminio metro stop). Went in October and the weather was fantastic (4 days 25 degrees c, cloudless skies). Even saw the Pope!!! They'd just taken delivery of a brand new 7 (6 plus driver) seater Merc shuttle bus which replaced their 9 seater (8 plus driver). So could be problems with availability of seats in high season. You can always call and change your booked return times if running later/early.

Hotel de charme dans quartier Parioli

Posted 03-Oct-2014 on Hotels.com

Da trinkt man unterwegs sicher besseren...
