Wonderful Hotel

Posted 05-Dec-2014
Pros: The staff was wonderful.
Location: The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to wonderful restaurants and grocery stores.
Our stay at the Duke Hotel was wonderful! Everything from the staff to the rooms to the food....fabulous! The shuttle was convenient and the drivers were friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a store next door with everything you need. Would love to come back soon.

Rome in November

Posted 12-Nov-2014
Pros: We loved the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast, and the shuttle!
Cons: A more comfortable mattress.
Location: Quiet neighborhood, Restaurants nearby, Small store at the end of the street for water and snacks!
We really enjoyed staying at the Duke Hotel while in Rome. The staff was friendly from the moment we walked into the door, and were really helpful with showing us how to travel through the city on public transportation. The shuttle service is excellent! The bed was slightly hard, and the room was a little warm but all in all we enjoyed our stay there. The complimentary breakfast was great with the fresh juices! They even had bacon and eggs! We would definitely stay here again! The warm room is normal for Italy by the way! So it didn't come as any surprise! Oh, and it was in an excellent and QUIET area of Rome. We felt very safe, and the restaurants down the street that were recommended by the man at the desk were delicious! And in walking distance!

Empfehlenswert

Da trinkt man unterwegs sicher besseren...

Klassisk hotel i rolige omgivelser

Posted 06-Sep-2014

NOT GOOD FOR 4 STAR

Posted 11-Aug-2014
I BOOKED IT FROM EXPEDIA. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 327 SQ ROOM BUT WHEN I WENT THERE IT WAS SMALLER THAN 200 SQ. I TALKED TO THE STAFF OF HOTEL BUT THEY DIDNT CARE AND SINCE I PAID IT BEFORE THERE WAS NO CANCELLATION AND FOR UPGRADE TO MY ROOM THEY WANTED 140 EURO.

Best holiday stay in Rome.

Posted 28-Jul-2014
This is a beautiful hotel situated outside the walls of the city in a peaceful residential neighborhood. The staff is professional and helpful with our every need and provide a free ride inside the walls. The Duke is worthy of your consideration on your next stay in Rome. We'll be back!
