"We stayed for a concert at the O2 arena. Easy access via DLR stations nearby. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Triple room met all our needs. Area feels safe and well lit on a main road for two (older) women late at night. Would definitely stay again."

"The location is good with lovely views of the O2. It is minutes away from ExCel and The O2 and approx 25 minutes from central London. Ideal if you want a London break but want somewhere you can relax away from the crowds. "

"I was attending a 2 day conference at Excel and travelling alone, so felt safe if I had to return alone in the evening. Staff were super helpful. I had a "take away" my first evening and in the mornings they were happy to freshly poach eggs for me. On the second evening I went to a nearby Chinese restaurant with colleagues. Unfortunately the Excel building was locked and I had to walk around the outside to get to the hotel. I had walked almost the full length of the path when I came to a fence due to building work and I had to go all the way back and around the other side."
