"Your description should include that this is a fourth floor walkup with no elevator. Since my wife and I are 75 years old this was a challenge. Also the steps up to the upper bedroom were not safe.The property was spotless and spacious and in a good location but this was offset by the fact that it was a construction site. "We spent a week in this lovely centrally located apartment in Rennes.. Apartment is large with a lovely dining/living room. We only used one of the bedrooms but could certainly host five people(one bed is in alcove in primary bedroom so great for small child). We particularly enjoyed the large bathtub. Kitchen was well appointed and efficient. We were able to walk everywhere in Rennes with this as our base. Helpful instructions and restaurant recommendations in folder. Check in was easy though...

"Up 4 Flights of Stairs (5th floor for us Americans) and no elevator. That was not in the description or we would have booked another place. We had luggage and were traveling with seniors. The host was not responsive. He provided an incorrect code for the door. Luckily someone in our party guessed the last digit was wrong or we might still be waiting to get in. Pros: Fast internet, close to the train station and a short walk to restaurants."

"Close to bus and train, this little studio was comfortable and quiet. I missed the personal touch of reception desk and common area, though this wouldn't bother most people. We were give a code for access which expired late morning on the day we left. All the facilities were modern and worked well. "

"Mon ami a passé un agréable séjour. Le studio est très propre, rien à dire! Il ne manque rien, four micro ondes, cafetière électrique, plaques vitro, machine à laver... la wifi serait un plus! La seule remarque, est que les photos de l'annonce ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Le studio est très bien agencé et décoré avec goût."

"Appartement très bien situé dans le centre ville de Rennes, proche du centre historique et des principales activités de visite. Rue très passante donc très bruyant car mal isolé. Salle d'eau trop petite, il manque une porte à la douche pour éviter de mettre de l'eau partout et un porte serviette. Les eaux usées des canalisations remontent dans la douche si l'on fait tourner la machine à laver. Un four dans la cuisine serait un plus."

"the location was better than expected ( based on our earlier experience). for two persons it was very functional. location was excellent ( services/shops downstairs, short walk to the centre, close enough to the railway station). calm place, no disturbing noise ( at least in July, when potentially less people in neighbourhood) can warmly recommend when not too hot outside ( no airconditioning)"
