"I liked the option of purchasing the dinner Buffett while I was there. After exploring all day it was nice to just go downstairs and enjoy the wide selection of food. I also enjoyed the bus stop right in front of the hotel that was easy to use. Everyone was friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. One thing was the pool closing hrs were at 2100 which for my family is typically the time we have winded down and are ready for a swim. I will say there was one night the front desk clerk kept the pool open a little later so we could take our time enjoying the pool so that was definitely a plus!"

"I really really enjoyed my stay. Hotel was clean and quiet and served my needs perfectly. Hotel staff was able to arrange for a rental car for me when I arrived to the hotel. Free parking was very limited but, I was always able to find paid street parking not far from the hotel. So not really a big deal. The hotel staff are superb. A special acknowledgement to Barbara Gomez who is so kind, professional, always had a smile on her face and offered great suggestions for things to do in Madeira during my stay. My only “complaint” which is minor is the temperature of the hot water in my room . I like the option of very hot water when it comes to bathing/showering. The water in my room was barely lukewarm. Outside of this minor issue, I would most certainly would stay at this hotel again. "

Great view from terrace

"Spent 3 nights, good location only 11 mins from airport, in front of the Riu hotel. 3 bedrooms, one huge living room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace overlooking the sea and Riu. Small handy supermarket downstairs, parking in the building's garage but better have smaller than bigger car, it's a bit tight. Beach about 10 mins walking, I still swam in early March. Extra blankets appreciated, early March, still colder nights. One heating unit. Strict owner - if you're coming late to meet him (he'll give you the keys), charges extra 25 euros. Overall good stay."

Beautiful modern Apartment with a big garden and sea view in a prime location

Lovely stay

"The apartment was clean and in a very good position for getting around the island. It would have been helpful to have a few more details about the property e.g Wi-Fi code and the crockery and cutlery could have been a little more extensive . Nice undercover seating area where we were able to eat our meals and enjoy the lovely weather . The road is very steep !!"

Great stay

"This place was very clean, modern, and had a great breakfast. Very quiet and beautiful views. Definitely book a spa appointment ahead of your reservation, as they were al booked up while we were there and the prices were quite reasonable. Skip dinner in their restaurant - the food was just okay if not overcooked and there are delicious and affordable, local restaurants in the area. Great stay!"
