Fantastic position, walk everywhere , quiet , clean , large air cond room, . Opposite a really nice and cheap traditional Czech restaurant , next to a mini mart . Great value for money .

The property is located near the Old Town Square, high end stores & restaurants etc. The room is nice and spacious. The only issue is the lift/elevator it only stops at the landings. Therefore, there is flight of stairs you still need to climb. We stayed at the very top floor (considered the 5th floor) it was another flight of stairs. With the heavy luggage’s it was a struggle.

The room was super dirty, with WC not disinfected and properly cleaned. The WC lead was broken. Somebody's hairs was everywhere on the floor on the bathroom. When I complained about the cleanliness she sprayed the WC and that's it, getting into the room without asking if it's a good time for me. So no one does proper cleaning over there. The coffee machine was covered with dust, when I showed that she laughed at my face. At the end she started arguing with me by saying that no one ever complained for cleanliness for 8 years. Staff is absolutely not customer oriented and rude. I don't know how they honored themselves 4 stars... is barely 2. Rooms have no sound isolation, whoever closes the door in the building you can hear that. The only good is location, is walkable distance to everywhere.

To;dr: most rooms do not have A/C. Staff is the rudest I have ever had to deal with. I was originally given a room without A/C, and it was sweltering. I came down to ask if I could move to a room with A/C, and I was told there wasn’t one, and subsequently lectured extensively about my inability to understand websites. I then asked to cancel my reservation, at which one the receptionist suddenly discovered there was a room with A/C and offered it to me for 35 euros. I said yes, and she called her boss to confirm this. At which point the price went up to 50 euros. All through this saga I kept getting told that I must read the website carefully. Ultimately I insisted that 35 was the original offer and they accepted it, and I was moved to a room with a/c, which was absolutely fine. But the amount of passive aggression, the eye rolls, the repeated lecturing about the website… made for a miserable experience. I will certainly never come back to this hotel again. Amazing how bad service can undermine an otherwise perfectly adequate hotel.

Very pleased. My room and bathroom were quite large and the staff were very helpful. It is only a couple of hundred metres to the old town square, Charles bridge in a beautiful district. You are at the centre of everything you will want to do and see.

I have mobility issues, so we stayed on the ground floor room. This was very beautifully done and so spacious. It is in an upscale are of the old town and very convenient to the town square. I would be happy to stay here again. The hotel office seemed to have very limited opening hours and not as helpful as I would expect. But when I locked myself out of my room, they were very quick to get someone there to help me.

Good location in old town. Interesting lift placement outside of the building - you can either walk up or down to your floor. 1 flight of stairs is mandatory to get to the lift. Cleanliness is questionable as there was contact lens left behind on toilet floor since my 1st day and it remained there for a few more days. On my 2nd day, “staffs” were knocking my door around 9am in the morning trying to check or fix something. There was no explanation. They were going to use the master key to unlock my room door when I answered. I asked if they could come back later as I was in my robe planning to shower but they just barged in and rudely said “I speak no English” in English and proceeded to check/fix wardrobe. The whole experience was just scary and bizarre. Went to reception for some clarification & the receptionist kept on saying “I don’t know; maybe other guests? I only work at reception.” I wouldn’t stay here again despite good location.
