“friendly”
What a great hotel. Very friedly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with everything you need.(although no tea and coffee facilities in room, but avialable from room service or bar. Out of main area good for quiet, good value restraunts locally, transport good, but we enjoyed the walks. would have no problems recomending this hotel. They evan had a laptop you could borrow to keep in contact with family. Thanks for great weekend.
“Amazing Experience!”
The Riverside Hotel (as it is referred to by locals, esp. taxi drivers) was an absolute pleasure. The rooms were spotless and the staff was over-the-top friendly and accomodating. I could not have asked for more.
“We couldn't have chosen better”
Having booked this hotel after reading a review on the hotel from a newspaper article I had some reservations re location as all guide books & reviews I read after booking referred to the hotel being quite a walk from main area, & little information was available on the area itself. However my mate & I absolutely loved the hotel & the area, Prague is such a small city that no interesting tourist sites felt any distance at all. Its a short beautiful walk along the river to Charles bridge. The hotel was extremely comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fantastic value, particularly compared to other places.

Decent location, not in the middle of it all but better for it. A nice leisurely walk to everything. Great views of the river and impeccable service and rooms.
“Excellent Hotel and Staff”
We arrived to a very warm and efficient welcome, and found a superb hotel, very well run, and very nice to stay in. What made the trip even more of a treat were the recommendations for eating places that the hotel gave us. We tried several of them and found them to be absolutely wonderful. We loved the city, the hotel and the restaurants and would definitely go back again.

wonderful hotel,abosutely immaculate,reception staff were great with maps and suggested restaurants to eat in.Definately try the 'savoy hotel' lovely meals. Also try the Botels right of the hotel and across the bridge.
“Just go...”
The hotel is clean comfortable and furnished to a high standard. At check in the receptionist spent 5 minutes with us helping us get our bearings showing us on a map where to catch trams to the city centre / old town / castle etc and even told us which route numbers to use. You can walk from the hotel to all of the major points of interest - it took us about 20 minutes to walk to Charles bridge. Our room was beautiful, well equipped and extremely comfortable. We also had a balcony area with a view over the river and the castle. Well worth the upgrade. The full breakfast they offer is delicious and there's plenty of choice. It's a little pricey for Prague but not for the quality of the hotel. Fill your boots there and just have a sandwich for lunch. Overall, very impressed and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
“Excellent hotel”
We had a fantastic time. Our first time away with a 9 month old baby. They were very accomodating. Only slight issue was the lack of a kettle as has been mentioned previously. We didn't eat at the hotel. The public transport is very accessible especially as the hotel were able to explain which stop etc. They also sell tickets.
“A Real Prague Treat”
My wife and I visited Prague for the first time; this was also the first time we booked our travel online - though real globetrotters, we just felt better going into a travel agency to see real people etc. MaMaison Riverside in Prague was fantastic in every way - friendly welcome, terrific room with river views and faultless staff who looked after us with real class. After 5 nites were sad to leave and would reccomend this hotel to anyone for looking for a high standard of accommodation and good location.

nice location, easy to find and easy to go everywhere in prague. I got a right choice. Highly recommended!!!!
