"On arrival there is limited information on where to park and where to check-in. Following my experience, I had to provide assistance to another traveller that was also at a loss. The room itself is functional. The bathroom has motion sensor lighting, so the door was closed. Subsequently, due to the lack of ventilation, the bathroom was smelly and there were areas that could do with some mould and mildew spray to sort both its appearance and the smell. Beautiful Hotel

"The Cliff Hotel is beautiful. Although it is an old building it has been tastefully modernised. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a sea view which added to our stay. The Hotel has a lovely area outside at the back where you can grab a coffee, some lunch or a cocktail whilst sitting in the sun and watch the sea. Fully recommend."

Excellent stay - will return

"We enjoyed an excellent 1 night stay in a spacious Manor room with 4 poster bed, with a lovely view overlooking the terrace and golf course. Hotel is clean and comfortable, and staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thank you also for the 'Happy birthday' message and chocolate treats in the room. There is plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet, and the food is really good. The only slight niggle is that the hot food was not piping hot. The terrace is a lovely place for a drink, and there are local walks to enjoy. Hotel is also convenient for the city center. We had a fabulous stay and look forward to visiting again."

Hidden gem beside the broad

"Great view of the boats on the broad which the hotel is right beside. Great welcome, clean and comfortable bedroom and huge bathroom with a lovely shower. I ate in the restaurant two evenings and the food was excellent. Breakfast lots of choice of hot and cold selection, hot food freshly prepared to order. Would stay here again everyone was very friendly. Very good value for money. "
