"Excellent location - easy walk to town / railway. Marvellous view of estuary, yachts, which even with rainy weather brightened the spirit. Could sit & relax just looking at the view. Superb bathroom with large shower. Good facilities apart from kitchen utensils - need overhaul. Didn't like fold up dining chairs."
