The Leo Grand has a lot of appeal. The design is great, the location is perfect. Wonderful high quality beds and linens and lovely Penhaligons toiletries.
Breakfast was included booking via Expedia and that was a big plus as otherwise it’s quite expensive.
The covered and heated courtyard which also serves as the dining room plays music til late ish as the restaurant is busy and fun - but I wouldn’t book a room overlooking the courtyard for fear it would be noisy. Our room faced the street outward and was blissfully peaceful.

It was a lovely room but the rest of the hotel felt limited on the spaces where you could enjoy and relax. The restaurant is nicely designed but staff seem quite stressed (perhaps because we stayed during Labour Day).
I would suggest booking the largest room possible if you’re staying for a lengthy time.
