The "information" staff that try to pressure me to buy some kind of time share at the location. Also, poolside bartenders need to be fair when serving drinks to guests - they were serving those who were leaving generous tips first even though there was a line of guests patiently waiting to be served. Also, their liquor and juices was terribly diluted and same food everyday!

Everything was great from the friendly members of the staff to the property and the services offered!! The activities were very fun and the facilities very clean and well maintained 😎 However, the only thing that annoyed us was the food tags were sometimes mixed and did not indicate the correct dishes correct and not accurate… this can become an issue for someone (like us) that has food restrictions / allergies, we did advise the staff but the next night the situation was the same. This element affected our appreciation of the buffet and the whole restaurant aspect.

Dirty and run down. Lights burnt out on patios and fixtures hanging. Thinnest T-bone I’ve ever seen, that by the way cost $26 bucks. Not that I’m cheep, I’m not. But for $26 dollars it shouldn’t be thinner than a slice of bread. They even asked how we wanted it prepared. Wasn’t even close to medium rare . It was shoe leather. My famaily is Brazilian so I understand the culture and being poor and I know it’s not the Beef. It’s the butcher! Also everywhere you walked and god forbid you sat at the beach. There were droves of sales people trying to sell you adventures and excursions. We planned our trip in advance and didn’t care for this. Anyway the people of Mexico are fantastic and I love there culture but I don’t think we’ll be returning to this particular resort.

We saw Coatis, birds, deer, cats, and monkeys! Staff are super nice, la hacienda and mammia mia were really good. There are more lively/party areas, family areas and quieter areas. Well kept!

This resort had so much to do. Tons of activities and enough pools that we were never crowded. The beach was amazing and staff were excellent!
