I had to stay 9 days. First 3 days we had no air conditioning. We had to have the patio door open. It was so hot we couldn’t sleep. Then flies were bitting us. Then our last 3 days they had construction in the hotel going and we couldn’t rest during the day. We want some kind of a refund. I use Expedia a lot and this was so unexceptable.

A nice hotel loaded with all the essentials for someone that enjoys vacationing at the beach, go to a nice restaurants but also maintain their fitness. This place is next to a running track, which is virtually open all the time. The hotel also has an essential gym and two outdoor pools at the roof. Staying at this hotel to me was like staying at an Olympic Village. The entire staff was very friendly. Its located above of a supermarket that offers great cooked meals. Very convenient too! Our ion had no balcony, but I guess they have balcony options. They offer breakfast that can be purchased at additional cost if you don’t have a meal plan. We will return to this hotel on our next visit to playa.
