Never go to the Don Juan

"I initiated a chat last night with Navdeep and I am still awaiting a reply. I started another conversation this morning with another CSR and have received no communication. This hotel is not as described and I am looking for a refund for last night and the next two days. We have nowhere else to go and I am in business meetings all day today and tomorrow. Let’s just say that the hotel is not as advertised. There are no bars, no restaurant, no reception. The place is a mess. The first apartment we were shown was insecure, the window to a common hallway would not lock. We are now on a 1st floor with a TV which does not work, there is no air conditioning."

"Great apt and location walking distance to hills and walks everything you want in the apt only minus was the sofas were not comfy for a long stay could do with updating but don't let this put you off great views from the large upstairs solarium convenient for lift and parking beds were comfy outside choice of furniture was amazing host and agent was very helpful would definitely recommend to anyone and would book again"

Penthouse apartment with sea view Costa de Sol and to Sotogrande & Gibraltar

Great time

"The property was clean and decorated with cute but not terribly comfortable IKEA furniture with the exception of the beds which were fairly comfortable. The view from the terrace was spectacular! The only (small) negatives were no toilet paper, kitchen paper towels or hand soap. Although not within the owner’s control, the construction of a new condo building across the street started at dawn and didn’t allow for vacation sleep ins. Our late August/early September stay was nevertheless magical."
