"This was my first time using VRBO and it was an enjoyable experience. Agree with most other positive reviews and comments. Centrally located, slightly urban area, blocks from beach. Keurig acted a little funky second day but also has full size coffee machine. Never needed to contact manager. Went hiking, recommend Montana De Oro (breathtakingly beautiful), visited University, bought groceries at Trader Joes a few miles away and spent a fun day in town, San Luis Obispo, shopping, eating. "Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value."
