"We stayed 3 nights and it met all our requirements and more! I slept on the pull out sofa which was very comfortable . Lots of space to put our things. There is a terrace across the apt with chairs and a table etc. none of us were familiar with Naples and the flat is in really good neighbourhood. A very nice touch was a voucher for morning coffee and croissant at nearby cafe. The communication upon arrival was prompt, clear and all very professional . 5⭐️"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great for visiting the ruins and taking a trip up Vesuvius and the staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was basic but clean and well presented and the grounds of the hostel were lovely. I'd highly recommend a stay here."

"Jag hade en mycket bra vistelse. Duschar och badrum fungerade mycket bra och det fanns flera så behövde alldrig vänta. Hostelet var mycket modernt, sängarna var bekväma och det fanns väldigt bra ytor att var på utöver själva rummet. "

"The hostel is very central with a friendly staff. It's an old building so dont expect super fancy, expect cosy and homey. The rooms are large and clean, same with the kitchen. The showers are busy especially now when its super hot, so they are not the cleanest at all times, but I think they are cleaned daily, or even several times a day. Beds are very comfortable too. Overall a very nice stay and a very good hostel for the price! "

"The private room for a hostel was pretty good. It had free wifi, shared toilet, shower, air-conditioning, and small elevator to 3rd floor. Outside the property it was close to restaurants, and had 2 convenience stores in 1 block. We bought water, fresh fruit and snacks. It was within walking distance to trains and local buses. "

"Hostel basic but interesting, but driving/parking the car was a challenge. The experience was improved when the receptionist recommended a lovely restaurant nearby. "

"Their version of air conditioning is just a fan placed on the floor meant to cool four people in one room and does nothing for the humidity. Washrooms are small and have no where to put your things when getting ready in the morning/at night. If you arrive later in the evening you are charged a late fee that must be payed in cash and there is not staff in the building 24/7."

"It's the same hostel as Naples Experience. The room I booked was overbooked and when I got back to the room someone's stuff was on my bed and my stuff had been moved, I convinced a couple to sleep together so I could have a place to sleep. Later in the night they tried to put 2 more people in the already full room and woke me up at 2am to ask which beds are free, none of them ovi. The next day they moved another bunk bed into the room so it doesn't matter which room you book or how many beds it...

"First of all, the website lies. The free breakfast sucked, literally just stale toast. You don’t get the welcome package the website details. Or a towel at all. They also didn’t keep track of what room people were staying in so when my group got there they put us in one room, then came in 5 minutes later and told us we had to move. We finally got situated into a room, and another group of girls told us their room had bed bugs. Luckily we didn’t see any in our room... but it was still really...

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Residence L'Incanto Sorrento.The location was quiet and the views from the upper terraces were beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in during our travels, and the pillows were great too. The heat worked well and was appreciated because we had some cold nights. Off-street parking was available for free - the small lot is located across the street and a short uphill walk from the accommodations. It was about 20 minutes to drive into the...
