"A lovely picturesque villa with a relaxing pool area. Staff recommended and helped book a nice restaurant close by which was delicious and fulfilling. Sadly wifi was not available which for us , that like to plan on the go, was a smaller inconvenience. However, this seemed to be a temporary problem. Hopefully it is fixed for future guests."

"The apartment is in a fantastic location very close to the Peschiera port (2 min walk) where you can get ferries to other lovely villages/towns around the lake, and also very close to the main restaurants/shops located within the historic Fort walls. Check in was very simple and the staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for places to visit etc. The apartment itself (we stayed in Strauss) was amazing, large, modern, clean with a fantastic balcony overlooking the town and...

"We where charged 15 EUR extra for “cleaning and towels”, even though it was clearly stated in the booking that only 2 EUR tourist tax was to be paid on arrival. “Cleaning” is clearly stated as an additional offer, and as an “optional” extra fee (and even in this case it only costing 10 EUR). Clearly not a mandatory fee but a choice. She threatened that she would leave right now and close the reception and We could not get the room without paying this fee, and we could not use our own towels,...

"Traveling between Garda and Como. Brand new place. Was very nice, comfortable, and air conditioned. Breakfast was an extra 7 EUR. I would suggest the hotel put soap and shampoo in the bathrooms."

"Nice room with private entrance in a nice area with great restaurants close by and a supermarket near by. Room was very ikea. Thought it was strange they tell you that you have to take all the rubbish out of the room before leavin, especially as there’s not a general waste dustbin just outside. Staff where nice and held our bags for us in the day and put them in the room for us. "
