"Exceptional location. A lot of daily traffic from 6am to 11pm. Kitchen has most everything you need. Carport parking was beneficial. Lots of stairs from carport to house and inside house from living area to bedrooms. No patio on balcony of your own to sit and enjoy ocean views. Property manager is friendly and incredibly responsive."

"Very nice property that had very nice finishes. View from main floor was lovely, but the view from the second floor master was awe inspiring. Very quiet, close to the beach and beach walk. Well supplied with everything we needed. Loved hearing the surf as we fell asleep. Kids and grandkids absolutely loved the pool because it was so warm. Close to attractions and shopping. "Very nice property very clean uncomfortable. Three adult couples were very comfortable there since we each had our own bathrooms. We all slept well on the comfortable beds. The bedroom nearest the kitchen and the garage was a bit chilly and we were not able to raise the heat. Also, in that bedroom there were some ants. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and I would recommend this space for three couples or a family of six."

"Julia's house was a great home base for our weekend getaway and Big Sur Marathon. Kitchen was well stocked and the rest of the house was spacious and comfortable. The driveway is very steep and narrow, which would be good to know ahead of time if you have a low vehicle or one with a trailer hitch like ours!"
