Spacious Ocean Front Beach House on Beautiful Monterey Bay

Welcome to your home away from home with an ocean view! Ours is a 3-bedroom, 3 full bathroom, two story, ocean front condo located on the dunes, just steps down the path to your own private beach! Enjoy sunsets, sea life and white water surf from the family room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.

We have worked hard to make this property a comforting welcome to the beach with technical conveniences, including keyless entry, smart TV's in all rooms, and a Google Home device for music or information on demand in the kitchen. We also now feature Starlink satellite service for high speed internet access! A visit to the beach no longer has to make a visit to the internet difficult!

Bedrooms invite you to relax on memory foam mattresses and remodeled bathrooms boast modern amenities with natural stone and Italian porcelain tile, an in-wall toilet, rain shower-head and barn door entry.

The living room touts a wall-mounted flat screen TV and service throughout the house includes streaming media players with access to Netflix, Pandora, HULU, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and other popular services, with standard TV service provided by YouTubeTV.

The downstairs bedroom sports a unique surprise for the kids and kids-at-heart with a cocktail-style arcade cabinet, featuring Pac-Man and 59 other digital distractions you might remember from the dawn of the video game era. Our fully stocked kitchen provides you with the essentials you need to get any meal on the table and the courtyard offers picnic seating with a grill for barbecuing (grilling supplies included!).

Stayed here while visiting the Monterey Aquarium. We were originally planning on staying right in Monterey or Pacific Grove but so glad we found this property. Just a great location. Quiet relaxing time by the ocean. Nice that it is in a gated community with not a lot of traffic. Will definitely go back next time we visit Monterey.

Secluded get away

Great location with a short walk to the sand. Easy drive to Monterey, and Castroville had lots of great places to eat. The security guards at the HOA were very nice and helpful. The property had all the amenities we expect of a vacation rental, which made packing easy and food prep simple.

Peaceful Retreat

The house had very gorgeous views and worked out very well with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The house was cozy and comfortable even though it was very spacious. Me and my girlfriends had a lovely time here, it is in a remote area and I wish there was less fog so the visibility was better but the cool weather felt amazing visiting from Arizona.

Peaceful ocean vibes

We stayed at Jon and Lisa‘s beautiful property in Monterey Dunes. The condo has beautiful views of the ocean, and a short walk gets you down to the beach. The amenities are on the left when drive onto the property. The pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, soccer, and bocce ball court kept us busy throughout our stay. Ahh the comforts of an ocean home

Oh my goodness did this place feel like home away from home! Great place to enjoy some time out of the hustle and bustle of daily city life. Thank you John and Lisa for sharing your beach home!
