“Charming 1-2 Night Stay”
Charming hotel located in a quiet area near the Metro (Rome Stop) and out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist area (was pretty easy to find with our GPS) on street parking can be a challenge. Rooms were cozy and clean (pretty much as pictured) with a small flat screen (limited channels). The staff was very helpful at giving directions and there are tons of pamphlets available in the lobby for local attractions. Would recommend for a 1-2 night stay. Cons: We Booked a double bed = (2) twin beds pushed together so my husband and I found our selves constantly pushing them back together to prevent from falling through the crack in the middle. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbors talking or moving around in the floors above you.
“our room was very small and without view(room 11)”
we stay for 3 nights on this hotel, very clean and situated in a very convenience area,on a walking distance 15-20 min.to reach Arc de Triomphe or the famous department stores
“good 3 star”
The Berne Opera was a very good 3 star option . The room was a good size and was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean but a bit shabby. The hotel was close to the metro station and the staff were very friendly and well informed. I would certainly go back to this hotel
“Berne Opera Paris”
The hotel charge for breakfast and is under several redecoration, painters all over and carperts changing, sevaral dust, they dont have a service elevators, they charge aditional for everything like simple internet, breakfast, aitional people,
“excellent staff”
the hotel was under renovation. but the staff apologised for it and gave us complimentary breakfast. Metro station was only one block away
“Nice hotel”
The property is currently under renovation, we were in one of the new rooms and found it to be very nice.
“Excellent location and price”
We stayed in Paris for 3 nights and this hotel offered excellent location at a great price. Paris hotel rooms are notorious for being tiny, scummy and overpriced so I was pleasantly surprised to find our room was clean and relatively spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we received free breakfast for two of the days we were there due to a problem with the hot water on our first day (as in there was no hot water, but the problem was fixed fairly promptly). The hotel is located right next to a metro station making it convenient to get to all the sights (a lot of which were actually within walking distance). At the end of the day, we were only in the hotel during the hours of 11pm - 8am so we were only looking for a clean place to sleep and shower, and this hotel fit the bill exactly. No it's not the Hilton, but why would you waste your money on a luxury hotel room if you're not even going to spend a great deal of time in it?
“poor hotel, the worst”
I went to this hotel the last week Location was great, but 2 or 3 minutes from the Saint Lazare Railway Station,, terrible experience, homeless around tha Stationa and the noise terrible The dirty on the carpet was an inch thick, the furnishings were old and broken, the room was small, the bathroom small and dirty, mold growing in the bathroom. . Our breakfast at this hotel was expensive and poor, only eggs , crossaint and bread.
“Love at First Sight”
Location was great b/c of the convenience, we walked most of our way around Paris. However, not to keen on the cafes and restaurants around there. Great walk to Moulin Rouge, Montmarte, Opera and even Champs Elysees if you're willing to walk. The Hotel was clean, and had a feel of old Paris to it which is great for tourists, especially first timers. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but did the job... great heat in the hotel!
“Good value for the money”
The Hotel is conveniently placed, within 2 minutes walk from the subway station and 5 minutes walk from the Saint-Lazare Railway Station Very friendly service The only downside was the elevator, which was out of the service for 2 months
