I didnt like to pay separately for city tax, it needs to be included all charges for online payments, whats the use of paying online then? Its not convenient at all. Reception staff wasn't that welcoming. I had requested a lower-deck bed, which was confirmed, but that request was eventually not met. The rooms, bathrooms, etc could do with DAILY cleaning ESPECIALLY during this period when health and safety issues re: COVID-19. Breakfast wasn't anything special.
