"The Art Hotel is well located in Central Palma, making it convenient to walk to everything, including the transport center. The staff, both Juliaetta and Maria were fantastically helpful. They made the stay a joy, with giving ideas for sightseeing, arranging a taxi to get to the airport when had an early flight and provided a morning snack for the trip as left before 6 AM. The room is spacious, clean, great bed and quiet compared to the beach area. Breakfast was very convenient. Really enjoyed...

"Loved the style of the property. Room was okay, nice and clean, shower & toilet new and fresh. Only problem was on the steps(2 of) to the shower (I was in room 19) there is a sharp piece of pipe protruding from the riser and it caught my bare foot and made a bad cut. I'm only raising this as I left early in the morning and could not relay the message. Hopefully this can be made safe for future visitors."
