Very hip and trendy, yet warm and cosy
The staff make all the difference - very personal, very helpful and very efficient
Sosa at the front desk was excellent and gave very helpful tips and guidance to make my Palma visit most memorable
Room was large, spotless clean and very trendy, beds super comfortable, quaint terrace, lovely courtyard....
"Amazing breakfast, good location and great value"
Myself and three female friends visited Palma in November, so didn't pay the extra for a sea facing room as we didn't expect to spend much time on the balcony. Just as well, as our room overlooked a very shabby derelict hotel swimming pool full of overgrown vegetation at the side of our hotel. Not a problem for us, but in the summer we would probably have paid the extra for a front facing room. What we saved, we spent in the fabulous choice of restaurants in Palma. The hotel was great, very clean and efficiently run, full of sailing people attending the conferences held every day in the hotel (it is right amidst the harbour so inevitable attracted the yachting fraternity). Our room was really comfortable, had a sofa and table which was perfect for relaxing in the room for early evening drinks before hitting the town. Breakfast was one of the best buffets we had ever experienced. There was absolutely everything you could wish for. Check out at 12 meant we didn't have to rush off first thing. the only downside was the walk into the main town centre was about 20-25 mins, but we soon discovered how cheap the taxis are. About 5 euros into town, only 18 euros to and from the airport. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend this hotel.
I loved this hotel. The location was extremely convenient to the airport; the 3 euro bus dropped/picked up right in front. The area was wonderful - lots of places to go out in a safe, pretty area. The staff was excellent. The room was well appointed, nice bathroom. My room, on the 13th floor, had a ocean facing balcony. The hotel was under renovation while I stayed but it affected no part of my stay. The fitness center could use some work, it had 3 cardio machines and a multipurpose weight machine. The room service was excellent and very reasonably priced. They allow you to order local sushi or pizza through reception and have it delivered to your room, which was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again and with no hesitation reccommend it to a friend.
Wonderful stay at this UR hotel, the pictures don't do it justice! Good sized rooms and big ensuite. Hotel is next to the transport hub of the city and is perfectly easy to get to by bus from the airport (€3). Don't bother with breakfast, it's too highly priced for what it is (€12 a head). Supermarket nearby, which is very convenient! Enjoyed our stay even though we were moved on the second day due to a burst pipe! Helpful and kind staff, the room was also very clean! A very good nearby resteraunt is 'Claxon' AMAZING food, be sure to look it up!
The Brondo Architect Hotel is the ideal location to visit and see Palma. The hotel is central and most of the city sights are within walking distance of the hotel. Restaurants are also close with a good selection of Tapas bars in the older part of the city. The hotel provides a comfortable base with helpful staff ready to assist where required. The food is good and reasonably priced.
I would return to the hotel which is a good recommendation.
Stayed in Raphael and Rem. A bit small but absolutely fine for our stay.
Once we stopped getting lost, everything was close by
10 mins waking to centre of all shops bars etc
10 mins to cathederal
Very well positioned
One day took cab to beach, number 15 bus back for 3 euros!
Really enjoyed everything.
