I would recommend this hotel to anyone the service is excellent the food selection is out of this world we are not a couple who eats anything and everything so sometimes find it hard to enjoy a meal but the selection of food at this hotel is fantastic there was more choice of breakfast than i have seen in other hotels at evening meal.The maids came in everyday to clean your room and change your beds. the pool area is excellent the gardens are hosed down everyday i couldnt explain how wonderful this hotel is i am so impressed we have already booked again for next year and we only came home 2 days ago.

The hotel staff were so lovely and always helpful. My mum can not eat any wheat or dairy and hotel staff bent over backwards to assist and she had a whole breakfast section to herself.
Fantastic hotel with lovely gardens, great rooms and friendly staff
It has been a beautiful holiday at the begining of November. Tenerife is a very beautiful island, a lot of Sun and beautiful places . The Beatriz Atlantis & Spa Hotel is a beautiful 4 Stars hotel, with clean rooms, polite staff and good food.

Lovely hotel that was close to the beach and ideal for all of the local bars and restaurants.
Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The food was lovely, the staff were lovely and the place was lovely. Really enjoy the pool areas and there were plenty of loungers and umbrellas if needed.
Stayed in a couple of H10 hotels now and they certainly know how to look after you. Would definitely return.
Very nice garden and pool. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the city centre (on a hill), but you can come and go by taxi for only 3 euro. The staff is super friendly and they speak several languages. If you want to avoid the noise from beach hotels, and feel good by the pool, this one is perfect!

Had a great stay at the hotel, hotel was a bit tired but who spends all their time sat in their room and the reception area. The air conditioning was not working in our first hotel but the reception staff room moved us for more comfort. The reception staff were very good and extremely helpful. Food was ok, lots of choice but gets repeated a lot so by the end of the week you can be a bit fed up with it. Was hot and plenty.
Only thing is the soft drinks were not available til 10.30am which was slightly annoying and the Bar staff were not very friendly.
But would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again... the town is a lovely walk with plenty to see and do and must definitely be explored :-)
We had a double room on the 8th floor , very big room , plenty of space, very large bed, dantastic
the hotel is a short stroll from the city center and lago martinez ( great artificial pool); worth a visit for a day but i would recommend to use the hotel facility as the pool is nice.
i tried the indoor and outdoor pool , im satisfied with both, visited the SPA for a relaxing massage it was great.
Food was excellet and staff very polite, spanish is a requirement
