This Walt Disney World® Resort-area hotel offers 614 guestrooms and suites in three, two-story buildings with exterior access and no elevators. Décor is contemporary, with whitewashed furnishings.

Pets are welcomed in a limited number of Standard Deluxe Rooms. Pets are not permitted in King, Poolside, Kid's Suites or Two-Room Suites.

The Vineyard Cafe - Casual restaurant offering breakfast buffets. Big-screen TV, and child-sized tables and chairs in children's dining area. Children 10 and younger (two per room with paying adult) eat complimentary breakfast at the Vineyard Café. Breakfast only.
People's Choice Lobby Food Court - Selections include Arrezzio's Pizza, Italian Subs, and assorted sandwiches, burgers, and fries. Open from early morning until late evening.
Sports Court Street Bar - Sports memorabilia and TVs showing sports events. Cocktails, beer, wine, and appetizers. Open from late afternoon until late evening.
Tropical Treasures - Poolside bar. Light fare, cocktails, and soft drinks. Open February–October, weather permitting.

“If we are in the area we would like to come back”
Unfortunatelly our stay was to short, we had a good time.
“The area is great but the rooms were not comfortable”
The area of the hotel is great. The beds were in very poor condition. In fact one of the beds had a noticable sag in the mattress. And, I strongly suggest you stay away from the breakfast buffet. The eggs tasted like they came from a poorly combined mix. It was disgusting!
“Horrible stay...”
I stayed at Seralago this past weekend for one night after a mother/son day at Disney. The lobby was nice & the hotel staff were friendly but thats it. My room wasnt clean at all, there were stains on the carpet, no tissue in the bathroom, & the sink was completely stopped up from the drain being broken. Then to top it off, it was a lil chilly, so I turned on the heater & the fire alarm went off. Overall, a very bad stay. Neverafain
“Terrible Hotel”
Walking into our room, turns out it was already checked into by another guest. I walked into the room with a guy on his laptop half naked on his bed and his mom freaking out. Thinking it was my mistake, I went in search for my correct room number (thinking that maybe they had different buildings with the same room number. Finally went back to the lobby where the rep was smiling sheepishly holding a different room key in hand saying he realized he had given me the wrong key!!! Terrible, terrible service! The fun didn't end there. We entered our "correct" room to find the carpet completely wet, the furniture so old that Walt Disney may have used it, and bathroom so disgusting that it looked like a youth hostel. I can live with terrible rooms but if the bathroom is even slightly off, I can't live there. This bathroom was disgusting beyond belief. We called the lobby to complain and they said they'll call back immediately. Waited for 20 mins with no return call. I walked back into the lobby with my wife and demanded to get either a cleaner room or I'm out of here. The manager came and told us that an upgrade would require extra payment. All we wanted was a clean room!!! They said that the room we were currently in was so good it had a pool view!!!! Who cares if its not clean?? We ended up in an OK room at the end. Don't get fooled by the 3 stars or the price. Do not stay here!!!! If you are single, it is OK. If you are married or with kids, never stay in this terrible hotel.

“Wont go back again”
The listing tricked us into thinking we were getting 2 bedrooms, where they were considereing the 2nd room the living room. We were very disappointed.
“Uncomfortable beds”
Beds are very uncomfortable. I could feel the bed springs.
“Not impressed”
the location is pretty good, there are a lot of restaurants and entertainment around it, but the room is not well maintained, the door is heavy, carpet is not very clean, fridge is noisy too. I think maybe the hotel is aged. anyway, It's just a plain hotel, don't expect too much from it.
“Good Value”
This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Seralago. It is well placed for the Disney Parks, and for Old Town Kissimmee, which is only a 5 minute walk away. The 2 Swimming pools are open untill Midnight, Which is good way toend the day in the Jukusy.
