"The apartment was perfect for our needs. My only problem was with the gentleman that met us there to give keys and go over the apartment. He said there were no instructions for the washing machine and he didn't know how to use it. He made it sound like the furnace was the water heater and that could have been a miscommunication but he did call it the water heater and there were written instructions so he said he was sure we would figure it out. "Perfect location right on the Royal Mile, everything we wanted to sew was within walking distance. Lovely check-in staff, could not have been more helpful. Clothes washing machine broken so staff organised a laundry pick-up and drop-off for us for free. Apartment was basically clean, but floors were dirty (needed a vacuum or good sweep). 1 of the 3 TVs didn't work at all, 1 didnt work properly (coax cable bent so signal dropped in and out constantly), but the other (in the bedroom) worked...

"When we arrived we couldn’t get in as someone was already in the property. Spoke to Nicki who sorted it quickly and even took the time to bring us an extra towel. The property is conveniently located but is in need of some TLC. Not much to sort it out. The shower is terrible either too hot or too cold"
