We had deer field for our back garden and we even witnessed a deer give birth just meters away from us on quite morning! They people who run the business are so friendly and helpful. "First and foremost, the host Beth exceeded our expectations! She was so great about communicating with us and responding to my questions. Checkin was great. Liss greeted us and provided the keys as well as some tips on restaurants, groceries etc. The apartment was wonderful. Plenty of space for the four adults in our group. Having a second bathroom was a huge plus. Bedrooms on the lower floor, with a spacious well lit open concept living room, dining and kitchen space. We walked everywhere....

"The property was filthy. We reported the issues whilst we were there, and were advised to put it onto a feedback form when we left. We did this and have had no acknowledgement whatsoever. Nothing was done to rectify the issues during our stay either. The first night I arrived, I went to climb into bed and found that there was mud and grass on the sheet when i lifted the duvet. "Looks exactly like in the pictures don't expect modern furniture. old-school tv with satellite channels and working internet. I like the access road to the lodge covered in leaves - magic. I have stayed for 7 days, overall cleanliness was ok ( don't look under the beds). Warm rooms as long as you switch heating. beautiful views, quiet place. Bring your own water to drink, I wouldn't drink tap water. Enjoy your stay."

"This property is very conveniently located between Edinburgh, Glasgow, and other places of interest. The nearest train station is literally 8 minutes down the road. Also, you will never find a cleaner house with a more hospitable host. Irene is welcoming, helpful and joyful as she helps you settle in. We loved the country setting, as it was peaceful and quiet. No hussle and bustle here! And plenty of space to park. Just perfect!"

"This house was chosen for its location to my daughter’s flat just around the corner. It was an ideal base for us to support her in the week up to her wedding day at Glasgow University.
