"This was excellent stay, even combining work and vacation. Exceptionally clean, excellent staff, helping a lot from arrival to departure, all with smile and good will. When my wife got sea-sick, our butler went above and beyond to make it easier on her. Loved Thalasso pool, was there every day. Good beach, great snorkeling, many restaurants. Perfect!"

"The Atta Terrace is a fantastic property that has superb views and facilities. The butler service will go out of their way to help you with any requests. I had a couple of issues, mostly down to translation issues as I don’t speak Japanese but they were sorted extremely promptly. One point of note is that the Fine Dining restaurant requires a shirt and as I’d been travelling for 8 weeks I didn’t have one so couldn’t dine in the restaurant. However they have a shuttle service to a sister hotel...

"Stunning view, walking distance to a few dinning options, beach and water activities are just across the road. The deco may a bit outdated but room is big and clean. "Great stay at Kerama Beach Hotel, the team there were amazing and looked after our every need. The hotel is situated away from the main town but we were able to use the hotel shuttle bus any time we needed. The food was varied and really excellent. Not a lot happening in and around the hotel but that suited us fine and the surrounding area is great for walking & snorkelling. All in all a lovely stay!"

"Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff"
