"We loved our apartment, it was just the right amout of space for our family of 3. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed! The only thing I would add to the apartment we stayed is blackout curtains. The sun and noise from the east side was a bit annoying. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the river, we enjoyed it the most. "

"We had an excellent stay in this house. It was very clean and has a fabulous view. The only thing that needs attention is the cypress bush out by the garbage can should probably be cut down...it is fine if you are in a truck to see oncoming traffic around the curve and down the hill, but not in a car, the bush is blocking the view. Otherwise it was perfect."

"The property and area were first class. I wish the pool would have been open. It seems that its in a lawsuit and the pool and restaurant area is closed. It may open this summer, but according to other homeowners they were unsure if it would even open at all this summer. Future guest may want to look into this if you are wanting a pool to go too."

"It was clean. Screened porch was GREAT. Location is choice. The clinic or whatever is across the street had ZERO impact on our stay. I would EASILY book this again for me and a special someone! Galaxy Cafe, coffee place, and market are all an easy stroll down 10th street."

This tiny home was perfect for two, just what we needed for winding down at night and freshening up in the morning before heading out to explore for the day. Safe area close to so much, helpful property manager quick to communicate during our stay, and pretty much everything we needed! Thank you for a nice stay!"

"This is a great tiny house to stay in. First off there’s not too many tiny houses that offer a king size bed that is not up in a loft area. With the king size bed in the room it is a little tight walking around, but you’re hardly ever in the room anyway. The kitchen is very functional if you need to cook or do anything like that which I do and it was great. Would sit on the outside patio do a little bit of work sitting outside and enjoying the evening. If you’re looking for a nice little weekend...

The owner, Miguel, checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, and provided many thoughtful items throughout the house, including great information about the area. My kids enjoyed playing horseshoes in the backyard, and my husband and I liked swinging on the front porch and enjoying the warm weather. It was a short and easy walk into town from the house. "This is at least our fourth stay at Clelias Cottage. We continue to return because it's a great space located in the beautiful Circle C neighborhood - great area to walk in green spaces, less than a mile to the Wildflower gardens, minutes from the highway but super quiet, easy to access whatever you want to do in Austin and about 35 minutes to Hill Country!
