Rainey Street is very lively, not especially kid friendly later in the day but was fun to walk down mid-day. This is a great location sa you're steps away from Lady Bird Lake for a nice walking path. "This property is located one block over from Rainey Street (tons of bars, restaurants, food trucks) so you get the convenience without the noise. It is easy walking distance from convention center, Austin City Limits, Congress Street bridge (bat watching), state capitol, and University of Texas. The staff is super friendly and helpful! "This is our second time staying at Diana’s condo, and it doesn’t disappoint. The space is clean, the kitchen has everything you need, and the view of the sunset from the balcony is probably the best part. Diana is also a great host. The Island opened a new restaurant on site.
