"Greatest hotel staff you could ask for! Area around hotel is nice. On a main street though town. Bus stops on both side of the street. Like you read, alot of homless people nobody bothed us but are around. Rooms were excellent, clean, snacks, coffee in the room. Would stay there again. "

"During my visit to town for the Cubs vs Mariners series, I spent four days and three nights in room 611 at this hotel. Its proximity to the T-Mobile/Lumen area was a major plus, as it was within walking distance. The room, located at the end of the hall, was both spacious and tranquil. The decor was reminiscent of the 1920s, which added a unique and nostalgic ambiance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, although the pillows were not quite up to par. The bathroom was adequately sized and functional. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would happily choose to stay here again in the future."

"The check in was quick and easy. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was a short walking distance to all the major sites. Also, the breakfast place at the hotel had amazing coffee! Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed at the Crowne Plaza last week and absolutely loved the experience. The room was super clean, beds were comfortable and noise free at night time. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room service requests were promptly addressed. There is a section in the lobby under construction but that does not affect the stay at the hotel in any way. The hotel is fairly close to most of the downtown attractions and the Pier 56 waterfront is walking distance! Lack of eateries in the hotel vicinity is the only downside but then again the Pike Place Market is at a short distance. "
