"Literally everything about this place has been absolutely amazing. We got the tatami floor room with a bath and a view. The room is huge, the bathtub is huge, and the futons are more comfortable than expected. The view is beautiful too! I go in and out a lot to smoke, so I like that the smoking section is close to the entrance. But every time I walk by the front desk I am greeted with nothing but happiness and smiles. I have felt sooooo welcome here. The private Onsen was super nice and clean...

"I like having bicycles and many dishes, cooking utensils, big fridge, many rooms. However the bath towels are cheap and so thin, no replenishment for kitchen towels and tissue papers and there was only one small mirror The check in time and out that we told were different than the original booking times which made us confused. This must be improved as it affects scheduling. The staff at the checked in reception was not helpful. It would be nice to have cleaning supplies so that we could...
