It was perfect for what we needed. A group of 7 ladies all staying together. We had a great trip and this hotel helped with that. The location was also great, we could walk to Times Square in about 15-20 minutes.

The room was clean and quite large. Bed very comfortable and any staff we had dealings with were helpful and pleasant. Reception area seemed rather dingy and did not really reflect the quality of the room. Only one member of staff on reception and consequently you could have a longish wait for enquiries, check in etc. Location good for train travellers with a short walk to Penn Station. Close to Maceys and a short walk to the High Line. Breakfast area was clean but not especially inviting. Luggage storage was available at no charge. Food was available at outlets close by if you like fast food. With the police station next door you feel pretty safe.

One of the dirtiest hotels i stayed at. The room keurig spewed out dirty water, showing it was cleaned for a while. (didn’t drink it, but needed hot water for something). Mattress cover was practically yellow. Shower felt grimy, and other smaller things that is not becoming of a “4 star” hotel

The staff was fantastic. The Family Room upgrade was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The room was huge and the beds comfortable. The location was convenient to walk uptown for Times Square and downtown to have lunch in the West Village and Union Market. I would not hesitate to book this place again or refer it to friends and family.

I stayed on this property for 3 days and my overall experience was cool. The room was comfortable, enough space for the two of us, & had nice shower. The reason I couldn’t give the property of five star rating because I have yet to receive back my $150 deposit from this property. When I call the hotel im getting the run around so im not sure if I would return or recommend to others. Its been 14 days since I checked out and still nothing returned to my account.

Didn’t like the service in the hotel. Very poor. Waited hours for room service. Contacted 30 Mins after order delivery time and they said it was coming. An hour after deliver schedule time went to the front desk to enquire. Waited another 30 mins and enquired again. Only then being told they didn’t receive the order and they won’t be making it. No apology. They managed to take the money though. Said would refund. Contacted a week later after my stay and money still not refunded. Emailed the hotel and caterer direct and both didn’t bother responding. Had to contact credit card company and get money back that way. Dated rooms but functional. Good points are just a short walk to local station amd time square.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was reasonable. Staff was good. Room was quiet enough. Shower was very good. Did not use the exercise room. Lobby area is small, lots of scaffolding and trash on street, it’s an old property, definitely not elegant or romantic. But ok for crashing when you are going to spend your time out exploring. Subway is less than 1 block away.

The only redeeming quality about this hotel was the bartenders and the one housekeeping staff who tried to help me. Chair in room has hair and debris on it, window had cardboard covering it because it was smash on the outside, curtain was broken at top making it difficult to close, mold growing on ceiling in bathroom because it had no exhaust fan inside. Only one man checks people in and out so you wait in long lines. There seems to be a complete lack of meaning of hospitality in this hotel is not one person besides the bartenders and one housekeeping staff was friendly or helpful during my stay.
